Located in the Belmont Central neighborhood at the corner of Belmont and Narraganset, the building takes full advantage of its long site to provide plenty of light to all units. A circular space is provided at the corner to anchor the building and to provide panoramic views of the west side to the corner residential units. The building blends into its surrounding by using brick and limestone, common in the area, as exterior materials. The long building hugs the sidewalk to keep the residential and small commercial scale of the area. The balconies for the upper residential units provide breaks in the massing and bring light deep into the residential units. A shared open area is provided on the second floor.
