ZED Architects has worked on space planning, facility evaluation, corporate identity installations, renovations and additions to existing facilities on more than fifty projects related to showrooms and warehouse operations. Architectural services included the hiring and coordination of civil, structural and MEP engineers.

Since 2008, Zed Architects has provided full architectural services and coordinated associated MEP work for more than 50 Accelerated Physical Therapy clinics in four states. Accelerated clinics, up to 4,000 square feet, typically include reception areas, offices, therapy rooms and exercise areas, and employee facilities. 

Other commercial related projects include a 15,000 sq. ft. sign design and production facility for a client who has relocated his operation three times using Zed Architects with each relocation. Zed Architects has completed several restaurant designs with particular emphasis on food production operations, coordinating all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and equipment installation. These include a 5,000 sq. ft. pizza and barbeque restaurant, a 6,000 sq. ft. Italian restaurant, a 2,500 sq. ft. barbeque eatery, a 3,000 sq. ft. coffeehouse and a 2,400 sq. ft. restaurant and bar. 

In all cases, Zed Architects was the architect of record working directly with owners and consultants to coordinate the project from design through construction. The majority of these projects involve renovations of existing spaces with Zed Architects providing existing conditions drawings prior to initial design work.
