This bed explores the planar, continuous line of the head, platform and foot board in solid maple and maple veneer plywood. The frame consists of four components that allows for ease of transport and assembly, a pair of 'h' shaped legs and rails, a slatted mattress and foot board unit and a head board. The bed was designed as a prototype that does not rely on conventional hardware and challenges standard frame break down methods.
