The four-story, three-unit masonry building in Lakeview was de-converted to a single-family residence. The lower two levels accommodate the common spaces. The bedrooms are located on the upper two levels. The tower-like structure adjoining the sidewalk was softened with oversized openings bringing natural light deep into the living area. Large glass doors at the back expand the lower level into a below grade indoor-outdoor space.
